Ideal for families, Sand and Surf Condominium features air-conditioned studios for four and more spacious one-bedroom units accommodating up to six guests. Many of the units are poolside, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and have small furnished balconies that are tailor-made for relaxing with a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise. All have full, well-equipped kitchens with microwave ovens and dishwashers. The property's close proximity to a large grocery store makes it easy for guests to prepare beach picnics and casual dinners in the comfort of their unit. All have telephones.

Daytona airport is six miles away. From the airport, take Highway 92 (International Speedway Blvd) east to A1A (Atlantic Avenue) and then go south to the resort. ONLY ONE CAR IS ALLOWED PER UNIT PER WEEK. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL PARKING AT THE RESORT OR IN THE IMMEDIATE SURROUNDING AREA.

Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
RCI inbounds must have written Confirmation or Guest Certificate in order to check-in at the resort. THE PERSON PRINTED ON THE RCI CONFIRMATION MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Office hours for checking in are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9am - 4pm, and Saturday 4pm -7pm. Closed Wednesdays & Sundays. A Visa or Mastercard imprint is taken upon arrival, and held until the room is inspected after check-out. There is a $20 cash key deposit refunded when keys are returned at check out.
The resort has re-opened after damage from Hurricane Ian. However, there are no on-site amenities and no beach access until October.
Guests MUST arrive for check-in between 4pm and 7pm on Saturday, although these hours are subject to change. The resort NO longer allows guests to check in after hours via lockbox without a credit card on file before arrival.
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
If the resort is not able to contact the inbound prior to arrival, and they don’t arrive during check-in times, the resort will not be able to accommodate them until the following day.
